Our mission is simple yet vital: to provide educational opportunities for youth and critical support for animals and their caretakers through veterinary financial assistance, spay and neuter services, and rescue funds for homeless animals.

At the core of our mission is a commitment to ensuring that every animal in our community receives the care and attention they deserve, regardless of their circumstances or the challenges their caretakers may face. From offering financial assistance to families struggling to afford veterinary care for their pets to rescuing animals in need of immediate medical attention and shelter, we are dedicated to helping them all.

In 2022, Palo Alto Humane spent $63,000 to spay/neuter over 400 animals, including family pets and community cats. Our Pet Help program provided financial assistance to more than 120 families, saving lives and offering essential veterinary care to their beloved pets. From critical cases like pyometra and parvo to continuing care needs like dental treatments and respiratory support, Palo Alto Humane steps in to ensure the health and well-being of animals in our community.

Now, we need your help. As a nonprofit animal welfare organization, we rely on the generosity of supporters like you to continue providing these vital services to our community. This year, our goal is to raise $100,000 to fund our animal support programs, and we are asking for your support to help us reach this target. Your donation will directly support animals in need, providing the financial assistance, medical care, and shelter they require to thrive.

Whether you can contribute $10, $100, or more, every donation makes a significant difference. Your support will enable us to continue our mission of providing critical support to animals and their caretakers in our community, and we are profoundly grateful for your help.

Donate today to Palo Alto Humane and be a part of making a real difference in the lives of animals and people in our community.
