Seeking Experienced Foster for Friendly Male Tabby
Mango is a handsome, healthy and personable neutered male tabby who is now the lone, solitary kitty remaining in a managed feral colony in E. Menlo Park. We think he is about five years old. We need an experienced foster (or you may foster-to-adopt) who would be willing to work with Mango to further his socialization skills so that he will be the purrfect candidate for adoption into a forever home.
When the feeders approach the feeding station, Mango rushes up to greet them with eager meows and loves to rub against their legs and roll around on the ground to express his pleasure. Over the past few weeks, he has shown signs of wanting more human interaction, forgoing his food for getting pets on the head. He really is a sweet cat—we wonder if he had a previous family because of how friendly he is! We are looking for someone who could provide a safe indoor/outdoor situation for him (garden kitty) or has a spare room in their home that could be dedicated to him.
Before we bring Mango to you, he will have completed a wellness checkup with a vet. If you can help this boy out of a rough, outdoor life adjacent to a parking lot and give him a shot at having a loving and secure home or know someone who can, please contact Wendy/ Leonor at firstname.lastname@example.org
Thank you so much!
