PAHS Visits Congregation Kol Emeth, Palo Alto

Sunday, October 27—PAHS Education team Leonor Delgado and long-term volunteers Christine Witzel with Jesse, an older cattle dog-terrier mix, met with students enrolled in Kol Emeth Education Programs. The fourth and fifth graders attending our session learned how to meet and greet Jesse (who was very happily and more than eagerly engaged!) and asked insightful questions about dog rescue and dog care. The students then began work on decorating dresser drawers to serve as cat and dog beds—very creative designs!
