PAHS Closes Its Series of Presentations at South San Francisco Unified School District's Preschools

Tuesday, February 5, was PAHS' last day at South San Francisco Unified School District. Three eager classes of preschoolers were excited to listen to Carole Hyde, the PAHS Executive Director, reading Rhea Sampson's story about her two dogs, "Saving Travis: A Rescue Story."

Rhea was also in attendance, along with her two dog heroes, Shannon and Travis. She spoke to the students about dog care, answered questions, and led everyone in a wonderful singalong. Shannon and Travis had a great time too, meeting all the students and enjoying lots of friendly pets.

PAHS thanks Jaqueline Cabañas, the District's Parent Involvement Coach, for her invitation and the wonderful warm welcomes from all involved and Silicon Valley Community Foundation for its sponsorship of this series.
