The first of our #110Stories is about #MokaWithTheSot. She is a small brown rabbit who spent her whole life in a cramped cage lined with bedding that can be unsafe for rabbits. She wasn’t used to being touched. Her person was giving her up because she was too busy. One of PAHS’ board members stepped up to foster Moka until an awesome forever home could be found. Our board member says, “I felt so bad seeing her in that tiny cage. I knew thanks to PAHS’ network of rabbit experts that together, we could find Moka a really terrific home.” Sure enough: Moka now enjoys life in an exercise pen, supervised playtime outdoors, and lots of love and attention from her forever family.
