PAHS has a long history on the mid-Peninsula and beyond as an organization that spearheads the rescue and rehabilitation of community cats. Last summer, we learned of a cat who had been picked up by Palo Alto Animal Services (PAAS) after a 3 a.m. phone call. Someone reported loud banging and clanging in a garbage bin. Mr. T was found with his head stuck in a soup can. PAHS and PAAS worked together to make sure Mr. T’s wounds were attended to and he was neutered. Mr T. now has a safe forever home outdoors. #110Stories
